In this Temporary Position, the individual will support the Life Operations Team by helping ensure records remain accurate, complete, and up to date.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Strong customer service orientation, including clear verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn multiple internal systems.
Must be able to work 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, from our office in West Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

Performing data entry across multiple internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Reviewing and processing return mail and updating corresponding records.
Assisting with one‑time clean‑up projects, file updates, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Verifying information for completeness and quality.
Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
