We’re actively seeking a talented Life Operations Reporting Specialist to join our Consumer Markets Division in Omaha, NE. As an Operations Reporting Specialist you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by providing operational, and reporting support related to Multilife and producer‑specific reporting needs. This role ensures accurate, timely data delivery and supports troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship support for internal stakeholders and key distributor relationships.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of operations, reporting, or analytical experienc
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Experience performing structured reporting and operational support work
  • Ability to effectively use established reporting processes, tools, and controls to deliver accurate, reliable results
  • Demonstrated judgment in identifying when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate complex or ambiguous items appropriately

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong Excel/data analysis skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Produce and distribute standard and ad hoc Multilife and Inforce operational reports
  • Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate data issues
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to reporting definitions, trends, and anomalies
  • Support escalation resolution by gathering data and providing operational insight
  • Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and process references
  • Collaborates with Operations, Technology, and Account Management partners
  • Ensure service expectations and commitments are met consistently
