About The Position

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts to promote various insurance products.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the best insurance solutions for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines.
• Provide ongoing customer service support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
