About The Position

The position focuses on maximizing life insurance market penetration with current members and property/casualty insureds while identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the community. The role involves providing life sales support and training, maintaining strong relationships with front line employees and Sales Agents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the position requires the development of an annual business plan to meet sales goals and objectives.
