Requirements
- Active Life & Health insurance license required
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (verbal and written)
- At least 1 year of experience in life or health insurance preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Prepare proposals, process applications, and follow up on underwriting
- Build long-term client relationships and provide policy reviews
- Provide professional support for client inquiries and servicing needs
- Maintain accurate and thorough client records in the system
- Cross-sell additional insurance or financial products when appropriate
