About The Position

Our client is seeking Life Insurance Agents to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. As a licensed agent, you will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions that meet individual needs. This is a remote, work from home position. You must hold a valid Life Insurance License.

Requirements

Active Life Insurance License (required)
Current E&O Insurance (required)
Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently from home
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
Available Monday-Friday (flexible hours within business schedule)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in sales or client service is a plus

Responsibilities

Engage with qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling required!)
Review existing coverage and offer tailored recommendations
Present personalized insurance solutions via phone consultations
Clearly communicate policy benefits, terms, and coverage options in easy-to-understand language
Complete digital applications and maintain accurate client records
Use provided tools to manage and track all client interactions
Focus on building trust and helping clients make confident insurance decisions
