About The Position
Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agent – $18/Hour + Bonuses ($900–$4,000/Month!) Southfield, MI | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | In-Office Only Compensation & Bonuses $18.00/hour guaranteed base pay Monthly Sales Bonus Tiers: 20+ sales/month: Earn 50% of the 1st month premium 30+ sales/month: Earn 75% of the 1st month premium 40+ sales/month: Earn 100% of the 1st month premium $2/hour bonus (retroactive for the month) when you hit 25+ sales Monthly bonus potential: $900 – $4,000+ Annual income range: $55,000–$75,000 Top performers earn: $80,000–$120,000+ What You’ll Do Handle direct inbound and inbound live transfer leads only – no cold calling or prospecting ever Sell life insurance policies over the phone to seniors ages 50–85 Follow proven scripts, systems, and training programs designed for success Provide outstanding customer service and consistently close new business Work full-time, in-office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM What Makes This Different: Training, Support & Real Partnership At eFund Insurance, we’re not just hiring agents — we’re building long-term partners. Requirements
- Active Life Insurance License (required) – we may assist strong candidates in obtaining their license
- Excellent communication skills and a coachable, growth-oriented mindset
- Must be able to work on-site in Southfield, MI
