Unlimited Earning Potential This is a commission-only role with no income caps and no minimum quotas. New part-time agents often earn $4,000–$6,000 per month Experienced full-time agents commonly earn $14,000–$18,000 per month No Cold Calling You will speak with individuals who have already requested information through our digital marketing campaigns. Requirements

  • Active Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong work ethic and desire for personal and financial growth
  • Confident communicator with professional phone presence
  • Organized and able to manage time, calendar, and priorities
  • Comfortable using technology (CRM, Zoom, email, basic computer tools)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or the service industry is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with families and individuals to provide customized life insurance solutions
  • Conduct appointments by phone, Zoom, or in person
  • Follow up with inbound leads and manage your pipeline
  • Build long-term client relationships through education and service
  • Attend live weekly trainings and development sessions
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance standards
  • Manage your own schedule while remaining accountable to performance goals
