The position focuses on maximizing life insurance market penetration with current members and property/casualty insureds while staying vigilant for new sales opportunities. It involves maintaining high quality production and persistency standards to assure profitable growth, identifying and developing sales opportunities within the community, and providing life sales support and training on lead development for frontline employees and Insurance Sales Agents. The role requires establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with front line employees, Sales Agents, and the branch management team, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations and developing an annual business plan to meet sales goals.
