Requirements

  • Military service, prior service, or strong familiarity with military culture
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a problem-solving approach
  • No prior insurance experience is required
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be physically located within the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Educate individuals and families on insurance options that protect their long-term financial security
  • Conduct virtual consultations and assess client needs with professionalism and care
  • Build trust-based relationships through clear communication and follow-through
  • Guide clients through enrollment, policy updates, and claims support
  • Utilize digital tools to manage client interactions efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
