How We Work for You: Competitive pay and benefits Opportunities for advancement Supportive work environment What You Get to Do: Our lifeguards will supervise campers ages 3 to 11 in our two pools. Lifeguards may also provide swim lessons for children in preschool through 6th grade. Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing all pool rules and regulations, and for preparing and maintaining a safe, clean environment as part of their duties. Lifeguards will support upkeep tasks in the pool area, conduct water tests of pools, and attend all staff training sessions. Starting Pay: $20.00-$22.00, depending on education and experience.
