This includes social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities designed to promote connection, purpose, and joy. This role is hands-on and resident-focused, requiring creativity, energy, and a genuine passion for working with older adults in an assisted living environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in assisted living, senior services, or life enrichment preferred
- Genuine passion for working with seniors
- Creative, energetic, and engaging personality
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and facilitating daily individual and group activities
- Support execution of the community activity calendar
- Encourage and motivate resident participation in programs
- Transport residents to and from activities within the community
- Assist with community outings and van trips as needed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming activity environment
- Support residents with engagement and social interaction
- Work independently while collaborating with the Life Enrichment team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
