The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for creating, developing, and implementing a wide variety of programs and events that enrich the daily lives of residents, following the direction of the Community Life Manager. This position involves direct interaction with residents across various levels of care, including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. Programs are thoughtfully designed to be engaging, meaningful, and appropriate, supporting the Seven Dimensions of Wellness—physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, and occupational. This role plays a vital part in promoting holistic well-being and fostering a vibrant, resident-centered community at Carolina Meadows.
