Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older, required
High school diploma or GED required, college or related training a plus
Minimum 1 year of experience planning and leading activities or events, required
Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and implement meaningful life-enrichment programs that support the physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of senior residents
Plan, coordinate, and lead daily activities, group programs, and community-wide special events
Encourage resident engagement while modifying activities to meet varying abilities, interests, and care needs
Support a warm, engaging, and inclusive senior living community that promotes quality of life and resident satisfaction
Creatively organize and conduct holiday celebrations, birthday recognitions, and other significant life milestones
Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, care staff, and community leadership
