This position focuses on planning, communication, and care planning, while also supporting resident engagement and activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, organizing programs, participating in care plan meetings, and helping ensure residents' individual interests and needs are represented. While there is interaction with residents and activities, the position also includes coordination, documentation, and teamwork across departments.
