About The Position

Are you a creative, high-energy individual with a passion for enriching the lives of seniors? Rose Senior Living in Avon is looking for a dedicated Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and lead engaging programs for our Assisted Living (AL) and Independent Living (IL) residents. You will also be responsible for transporting residents to and from shopping trips, outings and events. If you thrive on variety—from leading a painting class in the morning to hosting a baking club in the afternoon—we want to hear from you! Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in activities, life enrichment, or event planning (senior living experience preferred).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic computer software (Word, Publisher, or Canva) is a must for creating calendars and communication materials.
The "Joy" Factor: An outgoing personality with the ability to motivate and engage residents with varying levels of ability.
Reliability: A clean driving record and the comfort level to be trained on driving our community vehicles.
Flexibility: A "can-do" attitude regarding schedule changes to accommodate special outings or holiday celebrations.

Responsibilities

Creative Programming: Develop and facilitate diverse activities including baking clubs, painting workshops, and large-scale community events.
Outings & Adventure: Plan and lead off-site excursions. You will be fully trained to drive the community van and car (no CDL required!) to transport residents safely.
Digital Organization: Use your computer skills to manage calendars, track participation, and create content for our in house TV channel.
Community Spirit: Provide a flexible schedule to support the community’s needs, including occasional holidays and special evening events with rotating weekends.

This is an hourly position 40/hrs. week with great benefits.
