About The Position

As a Life Enrichment Assistant Director, you will work under direction of the Life Enrichment Director for Dove West and Orchard Hills provide activity-based programs that meet residents' physical, social, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and therapeutic needs communicate regularly with residents and their families/guardians about participation and progress adapt activities to individual interests and abilities to enhance quality of life

Requirements

must have valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

experience in Life Enrichment and / or working in an assisted living residence or skilled nursing center
experience as a CNA or resident assistant is preferred but not required
experience with memory care residents
