Requirements
- Competitive, coachable, and hungry to win
- No prior insurance experience required
- Active Health and/or Life license - or willingness to obtain before starting
- Comfortable working full-time in-office (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm)
- This job does require passing a 7 year background check.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound Medicare and Life Insurance calls (no cold calling)
- Guide clients through coverage options and help them make confident decisions
- Build and grow a renewing book of business
