We’re looking for a Lien Resolution Analyst I who is detail-driven, curious, and ready to learn. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to build expertise in healthcare liens, negotiation strategy, and client communication—while making a real impact for injury victims and law firms nationwide. This role is about more than processing files. You’ll develop negotiation skills, learn the nuances of Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and provider liens, and guide attorney clients through resolution with professionalism and empathy. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience or exposure to the legal or healthcare field (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn complex concepts
