An icon in the Miami Beaches, located near Sunny Isles, this beachside hotel brings a new era of luxury, with celebrated dining and a world-class spa, to its Surfside shores. About the Role: The Lido Server Assistant is an integral part of the Lido Restaurant team and reports to the Restaurant Assistant Manager. This role is responsible for working with the serving team in meeting guest’s needs, ensuring an elevated fine dining experience.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering the best in class service, providing a luxury outdoor dining experience and a desire to be a part of the finest luxury hospitality company in the world
  • Attention to detail to ensure proper timing and beverage refills
  • Able to carry trays across long distances
  • The ability to walk and stand for entire shift
  • Must have English communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate beverage service
  • Clear and set up tables
  • Communicate any service delays, and guest concerns
  • Complete opening and closing duties
