About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Lickety Split Barista. This on-call role is for an individual who can provide support in the resort's café, Lickety Split, which offers delicious quick bites throughout the day, including café lattes, breakfast pastries, savory items, and gelato, all created daily by a team of gourmet chefs. The resort is a AAA Five Diamond property in Central Florida, known for its luxury service and commitment to the Golden Rule. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating amazing experiences for guests by providing intuitive service with a warm and friendly smile, embracing a culture that encourages personal and professional growth.

Requirements

Previous experience in a coffee shop setting or Food & Beverage
Flexible availability within AM and PM shifts as well as weekend availability is preferred
Ability to lift 15+ pounds
Possess strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
Must be fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
Provide guidance through our variety of beverages, pastries, gelato and lunch menu
Ensure the back of house is clean and organized, in accordance with sanitation standards
