Licensing Specialist
About The Position
Analyze the laws of States and local Governments and applies the requirements for obtaining critical sales and operational licenses in assigned region. In States in designated regions, Interact with Franchisees and Corporate Operations personal to obtain information to complete applications and provide status of listening activities. Interact with State and Local licensing officials in States in assigned regions to obtain relevant licensing information. Maintain their part and oversee maintenance of their assigned regions' part of a comprehensive licensing database. Provide advise and counsel on application of various licensing requirements to current and proposed operations
Requirements
- Strong reading and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Extensive Experience with database software programs
- Proven detail orientation and curiosity are essential
