About The Position

Process, track, monitor, and renew provider licenses and certifications across a nationwide radiology practice, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Maintain accurate provider data within credentialing systems, uphold confidentiality, and support radiologists throughout the licensing lifecycle. Coordinate DEA and CDS renewals, including submission of required supporting documentation (FSMB, FCVS, AMA profiles). Partner with providers, hospitals, leadership, and external agencies to resolve licensing issues and meet deadlines. Remote position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in provider licensing and credentialing within the healthcare industry (multi-state experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and credentialing software; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, research and analyze data, and build effective relationships with providers, staff, and external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) certification through NAMSS preferred.
