Role Overview Join the Licensing team to help structure, coordinate, and execute licensing deals for our Gen3 technology. This role is heavily focused on project/program management, planning, and cross-functional orchestration across technical, commercial, legal, and operations stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong project/program management and planning in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate our Gen3 technology and value proposition.
  • Proven ability in navigating internal organizations and knowing how to leverage the right people and resources.
  • Solid corporate communication skills, including slide preparation and meeting prep.
  • Basic understanding (or strong aptitude to learn) petrochemical value chain, circular plastics, and market drivers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant experience in project management, technology licensing, business development, or capital projects in industrial/energy/chemical sectors.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with technology licensing or capital/plant project environments is strongly preferred.
  • Basic financial and budgeting skills (Excel, following established models) are a plus, not a primary focus.
  • Waste plastic recycling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track end-to-end licensing projects for physical assets/production facilities.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and action trackers for multiple licensing opportunities.
  • Building and driving readiness plan by engaging internal experts (engineering, legal, finance, operations) and ensure aligned delivery.
  • Develop and refine standard tools, workflows, and templates for licensing.
  • Prepare supporting materials for internal reviews and external partners (presentations, summaries, status updates).
  • Build working knowledge of Gen3 technology, petrochemical value chain, and market dynamics.
