Nice To Haves

  • Experience with design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
  • Previous experience in retail, licensing, or product approvals.
  • Familiarity with licensing portals and tracking approvals.
  • Knowledge of trending brands and fashion industry licensing

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with licensing and design teams to manage approvals, assets, and product samples.
  • Ensure all assets are available for designers and follow up on IP contract additions.
  • Upload and maintain tech packs for licensing approvals, ensuring accuracy in colors, logo placement, and designs.
  • Track licensing feedback (approved, resubmit, denied) on designated portals and update notes accordingly.
  • Communicate necessary changes to the design team and follow up on approval timelines.
  • Edit tech packs as needed, including color adjustments, logo placement, and design modifications.
  • Cross-reference PP samples with tech packs to confirm accuracy before submission.
  • Resubmit edited designs to the portal and verify that all changes are properly applied.
  • Update linesheets with revised designs, units, cost, and retail pricing.
  • Maintain order files and licensing notes with the latest images and approvals.
  • Organize and track contractual samples, ensuring proper quantities and identifying errors before shipment.
  • Photograph and upload all new samples (PP, production, revised strike-offs) to corresponding portals.
  • Ensure all final samples have been uploaded and collections are properly closed out.
  • Coordinate sample shipments, including requesting labels, locating samples, packaging, and shipping.
  • Develop and submit mood boards or marketing concepts for social use.
  • Submit marketing concepts to the designated portal for approval before beginning shoots.
  • Submit press releases and final social images for licensing approval.
  • Provide TOP samples to collections for social shots.
