About The Position

Your responsibilities will include Performance and Compliance: Establish accountability for and manage the performance of Licensees. Ensure the timely execution and extension of all open contracts. Manage financial audits to verify full Licensee compliance. Ability to learn new systems (Royalty Zone). Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of sourcing and/or product or project management related experience, contract management, business, law or marketing.
• Experience in Licensing, business development, partnerships, or related fields.
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to drive win-win outcomes and handle complex discussions.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, intellectual property rights, and licensing framework.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to propose creative solutions when challenges arrise.
