Join our team as a Licensing Associate and play a key role in supporting our Employee Benefits, Retirement Services, Care Solutions, and Individual Life agent licensing channels. We are currently seeking Level I & II Representative experience.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Nice To Haves

• College Degree
• Experience in customer service, data entry, insurance, or licensing/compliance.
• Familiarity with state licensing regulations, renewals, terminations, and compliance database management.

Responsibilities

• Request and review credit, criminal, regulatory, and license background reports based on contracting applications.
• Analyze applications to identify adverse information and follow up with producers as needed.
• Create and maintain producer records in our internal database and assign writing codes.
• Organize and store all documentation, including applications, reports, and communications.
• Respond to inquiries via our departmental call center and email inboxes.
• Understand and support appointing and termination processes for individuals and business entities.
• Use internal job aids, vendor tools, and state websites to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
