About The Position

The Licensing Analyst is responsible for researching licensing regulations, communicating with vendors to ensure licenses are current, and tracking licensing status to determine business continuity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in licensing processes.
• Ability to analyze invoices.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Effective use of Microsoft Outlook.
• Project management abilities.
• Proficiency in using VLOOKUP functions.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on relevant licensing laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify changes in requirements and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors and regulatory bodies to obtain and renew licenses.
• Ensure timely submission of documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of all licenses and certifications.
• Monitor expiration dates and initiate renewal processes promptly.
• Assess licensing status to confirm business operations remain compliant.
