On-Call Hiring Event – In-Person Interviews - Mental Health 612
About The Position
This hiring event will provide candidates with the opportunity to meet directly with hiring managers, learn more about our programs, and potentially receive same-day feedback or next steps. Our team will be conducting on-the-spot interviews, so candidates are encouraged to come prepared to discuss their experience, availability, and interest in on-call work. All roles are on-call positions, offering flexible scheduling based on program needs. Candidates must be open to working a variety of shifts, including: AM 7:00am - 3:30pm PM 3:00pm - 11:30pm NOC 11:00pm - 7:30am Flexibility and availability across multiple shifts is highly preferred, as coverage needs may vary week to week. We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting individuals in behavioral health and residential settings. Candidates should be comfortable working in dynamic environments and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
