About The Position
This hiring event will provide candidates with the opportunity to meet directly with hiring managers, learn more about our programs, and potentially receive same-day feedback or next steps. Our team will be conducting on-the-spot interviews, so candidates are encouraged to come prepared to discuss their experience, availability, and interest in on-call work. Date: 4/24/2026 Positions We Are Recruiting For: Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) – On-Call Peer Support Specialists – On-Call Social Worker Clinician – On-Call Schedule & Shift Availability: All roles are on-call positions , offering flexible scheduling based on program needs. Candidates must be open to working a variety of shifts, including: AM 7:00am - 3:30pm PM 3:00pm - 11:30pm NOC 11:00pm - 7:30am Flexibility and availability across multiple shifts is highly preferred, as coverage needs may vary week to week. What to Expect: In-person interviews with hiring managers and/or program leadership Opportunity to learn more about our programs and team culture Discussion of role expectations, schedules, and onboarding process Potential for expedited hiring decisions Ideal Candidates: We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting individuals in behavioral health and residential settings.
