About The Position

Under the leadership of the Clinical Operations Manager, the LVN performs patient care for Montage Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. The LVN provides patient care to policies and procedures of Montage Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. The LVN participates in blood draws and biologics procedures processing at the facility. The LVN helps with training staff on biologics procedures processing. It is within scope for the LVN to help with triaging patients at Montage Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Urgent Care. Helping coordinate and answer clinical questions of incoming patient calls also falls in the LVN’s responsibilities. The LVN recognizes the importance of meeting patient expectations, demonstrating a positive caring attitude, and performs the duties necessary to fulfill the patient’s needs. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and good critical thinking skills are important dimensions of this position.

Requirements

• Level of education sufficient to obtain CA LVN license
• State of California LVN license required
• BLS required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Good critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous skilled nursing, acute care, or phlebotomy experience is preferred
