The Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) We are hiring experienced and compassionate LVNs to provide direct, one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout Santa Clarita and surrounding areas . You’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and within a collaborative, supportive care team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current and active California LVN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid California driver’s license
• Ability to lift, bend, and move with patients as needed
• Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
• Proficient with electronic documentation and care coordination

Responsibilities
