How you’ll make an impact in this role Support comprehensive patient assessments to ensure the care team has a clear, real-time understanding of every patient’s physical and emotional well-being. Administer medications and treatments with precision, vigilantly monitoring for reactions to ensure the highest standards of clinical safety and comfort. Deliver specialized therapeutic services and diagnostic tests to provide the vital data necessary for accurate treatment and faster patient recovery. Educate and empower patients and their families by translating complex treatment plans into clear, actionable steps for a successful transition to home care.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
