Requirements
- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- A genuine commitment to working with seniors.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- A compassionate team player with the ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking during the NOC shift.
- Trainable and able to follow and implement clinical instructions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Periodically review and update resident discharge plans as required.
- Conduct nightly rounds to ensure nursing standards are met and care is delivered according to protocol.
