Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – full time PM and NOC SHIFTS Vasona Creek Healthcare – Los Gatos, CA Compensation: $40.00+ per hour DOE Schedule: 4/2 8 hr shifts Vasona Creek Healthcare is a resident-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to delivering high-quality care with compassion. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time LVN to join our clinical team. This role offers flexible scheduling across weekdays with variable shifts, making it ideal for individuals looking to balance work with personal commitments. The LVN will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents’ overall well-being, and collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team. Requirements

  • Active and unencumbered California LVN license
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Compassionate, patient-focused communication style
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident health status and report changes to RN or DON
  • Document all care and observations in compliance with state and facility guidelines
  • Support physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Foster a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
