Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time Victorian Post Acute | 2121 Pine Street, San Francisco, CA 94115 Pay: $40.00 per hour Shifts: AM & NOC (Overnight) available | Full-Time Why Victorian Post Acute? Requirements
- Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- A compassionate team player capable of making independent decisions, especially during NOC shifts.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- A genuine passion for working with the senior population.
- Coachable, professional, and ready to implement clinical instructions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer medications accurately as ordered by physicians.
- Manage detailed record-keeping for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Review and update resident discharge plans to ensure successful recovery.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure nursing standards are met and protocols are followed.
