Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time Victorian Post Acute | 2121 Pine Street, San Francisco, CA 94115 Pay: $40.00 per hour Shifts: AM & NOC (Overnight) available | Full-Time Why Victorian Post Acute? Requirements

  • Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
  • A compassionate team player capable of making independent decisions, especially during NOC shifts.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with the senior population.
  • Coachable, professional, and ready to implement clinical instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer medications accurately as ordered by physicians.
  • Manage detailed record-keeping for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Review and update resident discharge plans to ensure successful recovery.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure nursing standards are met and protocols are followed.
