About The Position

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care to patients who are ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled per the State of California Nursing Practice Act under the supervision of the Registered Nurse in the following settings at Mountains Community Hospital: Skilled Nursing Facility. Acts as a Charge Nurse and oversees the care of 20 long-term care residents. Oversees and directs care provided by Certified Nurse Assistants. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of California.
• Current CPR certificate.
