About The Position

Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community situated on a spacious 20-acre campus, featuring 243 independent living apartments, a 69-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20-apartment Memory Support Center. We are looking for dedicated and talented LVNs to join our collaborative team of caregivers, nursing leaders, and administrative staff in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Requirements
- Active California LVN license.
- Current and valid CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Nurse in a SNF/Sub-Acute Rehab setting preferred but not required.
