About The Position
Richmond Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team. We are currently hiring for 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) . If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of residents, we would love to meet you. Available Shifts Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Full-Time and PRN opportunities available
Requirements
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Supervise and support CNAs and CMAs to ensure quality resident care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
