About The Position
Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) – Home Health 📍 Locations: Lompoc 💵 Pay: $34–$38/hr 🎉 Sign-On Bonus: $400 🕐 Shifts: AM 🗓️ Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm 💲 Daily & Weekly Pay Options 🌟 Who We Are NurseCore is a locally operated home health and staffing agency that puts people first — our patients and our staff. Requirements
- Active LVN license in California
- 1 year of LVN experience within the last 3 years
- Current CPR (AHA or Red Cross, live demo)
- Negative TB test or Chest X-ray (within 12 months)
- Recent Physical Exam (within 12 months)
- Completed Clinical Skills Assessment
- Completion of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care based on specific care plans and physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and other providers
- Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments
- Accurately chart and report changes in patient conditions
- Communicate effectively with families and staff
- Perform all other duties as assigned
