You won’t be handed a guaranteed schedule here. You will build one. You won’t manage billing, credentialing, rent, or overhead. We handle that. Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Current Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license track
Strong clinical documentation skills
Professional communication skills
Comfort with hybrid work model

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-informed individual, family, or group therapy
Complete timely documentation and treatment planning
Build and maintain consistent recurring client schedules
Coordinate care with other providers as needed
Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
Contribute to expanding access to care through professional visibility and relationship-building within the community
