About The Position

Aurora Behavioral Health System is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Glendale facility. This role reports directly to the Director of Outpatient Services and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals across various levels of care. As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll: Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on mental health, chemical dependency, DBT skills, telehealth, and adolescent care at PHP and IOP levels. Collaborate with the Director of Outpatient Services to design a schedule that aligns with your availability and clinical strengths. Maintain strict client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Complete all required documentation promptly, in accordance with hospital, state, and regulatory guidelines. Meet hospital productivity standards while delivering high-quality, client-centered care.

Requirements

Licensed in Counseling or Social Work (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience conducting assessments in a behavioral health setting
Minimum 1 year of counseling experience in a behavioral health setting
1-3 years of experience in utilization review within behavioral health
Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities
