About The Position

The Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, or adults, depending on program population. This role delivers evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and related needs while coordinating care and support services for clients. $59,500 unlicensed $64,200 licensed ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO 🧠 CLINICAL SERVICES Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and provide treatment recommendations Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy Deliver evidence-based interventions for mental health and substance use disorders Coordinate with program staff to identify and secure additional services and community resources 📋 CASELOAD MANAGEMENT Maintain an active caseload and engage clients in ongoing treatment Track treatment plans and required documentation to meet funder guidelines and program goals Participate in clinical team meetings to review treatment goals, client progress, and discharge planning 🗂️ ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES Complete timely documentation in electronic medical records per agency standards Provide supervision to non-licensed therapists, counselors, and staff as needed to support state licensing requirements

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with electronic health records and standard business software
  • Familiarity with behavioral health documentation standards
  • ACT 33/34 clearances (if required by program)
  • FBI clearance (as required)
  • Completion of all trainings required for licensure
  • Maintain professionalism and sound judgment at all times
  • Attend required trainings and meetings
  • Follow all agency policies and procedures, including: OSHA guidelines Fire & Safety policies Fiscal, Office, and HR policies HIPAA and confidentiality standards
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current vehicle registration
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk or meeting table
  • Lift 20+ pounds
