About The Position

Join our team and help children and families heal, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Therapist to provide trauma-informed therapy services to foster and adoptive children and their families. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with a combination of telehealth and in-person services. The service area would be in the Jackson, Wood and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current licensure in West Virginia (LGSW, LICSW, LPC, or equivalent) or eligible
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and families
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience with foster care, adoption, or child welfare
• Knowledge of WV Medicaid
• Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices
• Deliver services via telehealth and in home/community settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and on-call rotation
• Meet productivity expectations of approximately 18–20 billable hours per week
