About The Position
We are looking for a Licensed Therapist/Counselor to join our team! This position facilitates the substance use disorder recovery process for clients in a trauma informed care setting that promotes a strong team environment of support. The schedule for this position will be full time.
Requirements
- Masters level clinical degree
- Licensed as either an LCADC, LSW, or LAC in New Jersey
- 3 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing Joint Commission standards and New Jersey licensure criteria to all aspects of treatment and documentation.
- Conducting individual sessions, facilitating process groups, family sessions, and psychoeducational lectures.
- Demonstrating knowledge and application of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS.
- Working with the Clinical Director to assure guidance and support for clinical growth.
