Position Summary The Licensed Social Worker LSW oversees the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the Social Services Department within the facility in accordance with current existing Federal, State and local standards and works directly with discharge planners, family or responsible party to initiate tour of facility and follow up procedures. Posted Salary Range USD $31.00 - USD $33.65 /Hr.
