About The Position
Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to provide substance use disorder treatment services at a correctional facility in Colorado. The ideal candidate will deliver professional behavioral health services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, within a structured correctional setting.
Requirements
- Current behavioral health licensure in the State of Colorado as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Minimum of one year of licensed clinical experience, preferably providing substance use disorder treatment
Responsibilities
- Provide substance use disorder treatment services to incarcerated individuals
- Conduct formal and informal behavioral health and substance use assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans to guide clinical care
- Provide individual and group therapy services
- Monitor client progress and update clinical documentation accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Provide clinical guidance to non -clinical staff as appropriate
- Any additional duties as assigned
