About The Position

We’re looking for a Licensed Route Technician who enjoys working hands‑on in the field, delivering top‑quality pest control solutions, and creating great experiences for customers. In this role, you’ll service a consistent route of residential homes using industry‑leading products while building lasting relationships with homeowners. You’ll enjoy a predictable schedule , a steady customer base , and the opportunity to take pride in providing professional, high‑impact service every day.

Requirements

• Active operational pest control license
• Experience servicing 200+ customer accounts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21+ (insurance requirement)

Responsibilities

• Service customer homes and inspect properties for pest activity
• Identify pests and apply appropriate treatments safely and professionally
• Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance
• Participate in ongoing training and licensing requirements
