About The Position

As a Production Tech in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production equipment and processes. Your primary focus will be to support the manufacturing line by setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to meet production goals and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to prevent production delays.
• Inspect products and materials for quality assurance, identifying defects or deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any operational issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new production staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.
