About The Position
At STEPS Behavioral Health , we believe in creating meaningful change- one step at a time. We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your skills will directly help children and families thrive. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients achieve measurable progress in their developmental and behavioral goals.
Requirements
- Must hold current RBT certification through the BACB
- Must be licensed as required by the state of Maryland
- Prior experience with ABA, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in-home, school, and/or clinic settings
- Strong communication and professionalism
